Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linkin Park Forever. We create unique, fan-inspired merchandise made individually for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review the policy below before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Each item is made to order, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that match the product you selected at checkout.
Please ensure your design choice, size, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.


2. Replacement Eligibility

We will provide a free replacement if any of the following occur:

A. Wrong Item Received

  • The design delivered does not match the design ordered

  • The size delivered does not match the size ordered

B. Damaged Item

  • The item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect

C. Lost Shipment

  • Your order does not arrive and is confirmed lost in transit
    In this case, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

We do not require you to return the original item in any of the above scenarios.


3. Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer

  • Orders that arrive exactly as selected and approved at checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Wear, damage, or misuse after the item has been delivered


4. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items

  • 7 days after the estimated delivery date for lost shipments

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or cancelled.
