Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linkin Park Forever. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All items from Linkin Park Forever are made to order.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they enter production.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processes, and local delays.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • USA: 4–6 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–6 business days

  • Germany: 4–6 business days

  • International Destinations: 6–12 business days

These estimates begin after the 1–3 business day processing time.


3. Providing Your Mobile Number (Recommended)

We strongly recommend providing a valid mobile phone number at checkout. Couriers may need to contact you to:

  • Confirm delivery

  • Resolve address issues

  • Notify you of delivery attempts

  • Arrange or notify you of pickup from a local post office

Lack of a mobile number may result in undelivered or delayed orders.


4. International Delivery & Local Post Office Pickup

For certain international destinations—especially Eastern Europe, Asia, and select remote areas—parcels may be delivered to your nearest local postal office if home delivery is unsuccessful or unavailable.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking information

  • Responding to courier notifications

  • Collecting the package from the postal office within the required timeframe

Unclaimed packages may be returned or disposed of by local carriers. We cannot refund or replace orders uncollected in time.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Items returned due to incorrect delivery details

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.


6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once they reach your country. These charges are not included in your product or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.


7. Lost Shipments

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a free replacement, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

A shipment is considered lost only when:

  • The carrier declares it lost, or

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period

8. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or customs delays

  • Missed or unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages not collected from local postal offices

  • Packages delayed due to missing contact information

For “delivered” packages that cannot be located, customers should contact their local post office or carrier.
